20-Something-Not-A-Chef20-Something-Not-A-Chef Mom: Are you eating healthy things? Vegetables? Dad: Vegetables are important. Me: um . . . *thinks back to last few meals* . . . Is sauerkraut a vegetable? I've eaten that for dinner every night this week. Mom: . . . with what? Me: . . . . Dad: German sausage and potatoes? Me: With bacon and eggs. Mom: I DIDN'T RAISE YOU LIKE THIS!!!! Dad: Sauerkraut with bacon and eggs what were you thinking????
SORRY, I didn't want the bacon to go bad, parents, vegetables, 20-something, eating right, eggs, phone conversations,
This lad at the Christmas do is quite cute, and he was talking to me about uni and things and how I was finding it, he used to work with me a couple of years ago and he always asks how I’m doing and things, and we both were smiling all night, he even asked me how Kasabian was and that, he said he was a bit nervous to say hi to me at uni when he saw me

#Sorry Making fun of men’s body issues is funny now? Okay then…
Everyone can have body issues, Jesus Christ people. I’ve been made fun of for being fat, for having glasses, for being non-athletic, for even being quiet, why is making fun of men because of their frustration at their societal desired body image okay now?
Is it because they’re men? Last time I checked that’s nothing better than schoolyard bullying, and I’ve been there too many times and it’s terrible.
Is it because men aren’t allowed to feel any type of frustration at society roles placed on them? Like, there is a perfect body image for men, and if you don’t fit it, it does grate on you. My dad would tell me stories about when he was in wrestling in school. He was bullied until he had to physically beat the asses of those who bullied him.
#Sorry Does anyone else think apologizing is actually really hard to do? It takes so much courage to admit to someone, especially someone you care about, that you’re wrong or you made a mistake in something. We get so caught up in an argument or idea that we think is correct, and when all the evidence leads you to be wrong, you never want to admit to yourself or anyone else that you are.
